Best Bulk Substrate for Pan Sub and Psil. Semilanceata

I recently purchased grain spawn for the following:

Panaeolus subbalteatus / cinctulus

Psilocybe Semilanceata (Liberty Caps)

I would like to grow these outdoors and would like to ask what the best bulk substrate would be for each of these.

Which of these do I need to use as my bulk substrate? 
Deciduous Wood chips, Straw, Horse Manure, Cow Manure?

I would like to plant the bulk substrate and grain spawn into my garden for each of these.
