What is the best sleep aid??

I tried camomile, valeriana herbs.... blah not very good

My mother needs some powerful sleeping aid cos shes got a bit of insomnia going

The best aid in my hands is benzos but it makes my mothers muscles like jelly for some reason so unfortunately she cant have any she cant even walk when she had some

Any other remedies out there??

I'm actually serious.

I've had insomnia for many years and I've used pretty much every natural remedy and prescription under the sun. I find Ambien is the most effective and has a much lower addiction potential than benzos. Ambien belongs to a class of meds called hypnotics, and sometimes people experience parasomnia when they use meds in this class. For years people have joked about the Ambien walrus as a way of explaining away weird shit that they have done in there sleep. The walrus, for instance, has put a running fan in a box twice, only for me to wake up in the morning wondering what the hell the noise was.

In any case, I recommend it. It acts very quickly, inducing sleep in 20-30 mins. Will knock your dick in the dirt and will leave you feeling refreshed after 6-8hrs of sleep.

A powerful natural sleeping aid:  3mg melatonin before bed.

Gotta love that N-AcO-5-MeO-T legal and effective.

It has lots of beneficial uses. It heps with covid and if a nuke drops it helps against radiation damage.

I would say HGH, or MK-677, but they aren't things you just casually pick up for sleep, but they give me the best sleep I've had, and if either of you went through the trouble to get them, she might enjoy the anti-aging properties :shrug:. Other than that, just melatonin I guess.

MK-677 makes you sleep so much because you grow so hard.

I used to have to get outta bed to pee 3x a night every night. After 2 weeks of MK-677 that was over and it stayed over in the years after I quit using the stuff. It fixed my brain metabolism.

That's awesome. Yeah I love the stuff. The sleep was so quality too, not like just getting knocked out for hours. Dreams were more vivid, and weirder sometimes though. Annoyed it's so much harder to get now than just months ago.

Ambien only sometimes worked for me.  I'd take it one night and out like a light, get about 6 hours of sleep then awake and feel a lil weird.  Different night I'd take it but it'd never knock me out and I'd end up feeling good and cleaning my apartment or some shit high as a kite.

Benzo's were always 100% going to sleep for me, but they do have high risk of addiction/withdrawal and I sometimes feel a bit low energy the day after.

If you are looking for OTC sleep aids....diphenhydramine and doxylamine are probably your best bets. I think doxylamine is more effective but diphenhydramine is everywhere and cheap.

edit: i should also mention that there are few side effects even with extended use. low risk from my experience

edit 2: if benzos aren't working then my advice prolly means nothing lol

I'm obese and I was growing so fast that I had to call it quits after 2 weeks. It wasnt fat I grew nor was it water retention, but I was already way overweight and extra kilos were too much.

I've quit drugs but if I ever get in a healthy weight range and I WERE to consider taking something MK-667 would be high on my list because of the OMG things it did for me.

But, frequent nightly urination is a sign of aging in many, and MK-667 fixed that for me, now already for years on end, in line with what one would hope from extra HGH release, the rejuvination aspects of it.

At night your brain releases Vasopressin, antidiuretic hormone, to stop the flow of urine so sleep can be had. It seems HGH released by MK-667 regenerated my ability to secrete Vasopressin, which also is good for cognition.

5-HTP is not melatonin.

I dont recommend 5-HTP in daily dosing by the way, it might lead to heart trouble, not unlike Fenfluramine did.

You can still buy Mk 677 in the US, you'll just have to order from places that take some extra steps to avoid being shut down, but it was sold by SARM selling sites and now those are banned. The place I get it from I just have to tell my bank that I accept the charges when I get a notification from them because the company's merchant is in South Africa. Just look for sources on reddit for SARM sources since they usually have it. It's more used for bodybuilding but has some nice side uses. But for just for sleep benefits you could probably go 5 mg or so, and I pay for a gram of powder for about $50, and just put it in a vial of PG or PEG 400 for easy liquid dosing

Melatonin is useful to have but not good to use all the time.  I also use Kava.  I don't think I would bother if it was just for sleep aid but it's also my recreational chill out drug.  Much like CBD is reduces stress.
