I recently quit pot because I was court ordered into a rehab class.(for alcohol possesion nonetheless, why the fuck can they test me for pot?!?!?!) Anyways i simply cannot sleep anymore without toking. I have been an everyday pot smoker for a ocuple of years now and loved sleeping when i got high. I will go to bed now at like 11 but toss and turn until 3 or maybe 4!!! What can i do, I do not want to take ambien or anything like that because it seems fake and i do not want to be hooked on sleeping pills at 19. What should I do?

How long have you been clean? It took me a week or so to get a halfway normal sleep routine when I quit.
Also, you may be thinking too much while you're laying there. That's usually what keeps me awake. If I clear my mind and stop thinking I'm out in no time. Kind of an acquired skill I guess.
If nothing else, have a couple shots 30 minutes before bed. That oughta do it. Probably not a good idea for you though.

good exercise like sumo squats will put you to sleep like a log. No joke. You will seriously jump in bed and be sleeping 5 minutes later.

After a little while you get back on a normal sleep pattern. Untill then I recomend a couple of MGs of melatonin, or valerian root.

when you start smoking again don't use it to go to sleep.
it's fine to smoke now and then, but using it as a sleep aid is a bad idea unless you're really in a pinch and want that occasional relaxing smoke.
i learned the hard way. not that it was that hard, but using it as a sleep aid then suddenly stopping really...... sucks a lot.
Go to a pharmacy and get some melatonin.... go the whitehouse and change our drug laws so they can't test you for pot [its bullshit isn't it? let's go round up ethnic people and cleanse them while we're at it]...... and well..............
quiet your mind down.
Don't do anything engaging an hour before bedtime... turn all the lights off in your place roughly an hour before bedtime as well......
do not do ANYTHING stimulating in your bed room, no television or reading books...............
the bed is for sleeping. condition your mind to accept that.
what i'd do is just pop a few melatonins at minus one hour....... get calmed down and ready for bed, maybe watch a little tv or post on the computer, but keep the lights out.
then about minus fifteen minutes i'd take a small amount of melatonin sublingually (hold it under your tongue a while) then when i'm ready for bed i'd swallow.
then lie down and learn how your brain falls asleep.
the melatonin should help even things out, once you are sleeping normally for a day or two stop taking it.

Look into buying some melatonin like leery11 said. Its a vitamin supplement that is already produced by the pineal gland in the brain, which regulates sleep.
I find melatonin really good because you wake up feeling refreshed, wheras with chemical sleeping tablets you feel groggy and hung over the next morning, hence the reason why i choose melatonin over something like ambien.
