I think those might be Trametes villosa instead of T.versicolor.

ah, I just thought that they were faded versicolors. Do you know if they are medicinal, and thanks :thumbup:

Aside from the color T.villosa also has a different/larger pore surface; more reminiscent of teeth as they age. There are a couple of other look-a-likes for turkeytails to keep an eye out for as well. I don’t believe T.villosa has any medicinal uses. The only thing I vaguely remember hearing it being used for is an additive to bleach paper I think?

Trametes, but not T. versicolor, T. Villosa is what I would call it as well.

Allium, definetely not. It's not even Trametes species. It's Trichaptum biforme.
Is it hardwood it's growing on ?

I'm not sure if the tree was hard wood or not, but there is a mix of Birch, Oak, Pine,,and Ash in the forest.

I'll toss these in the rubbish bin now!

But, wait, I also found these! Any Ideas???

Looks like underside is smooth, is it ? I can't tell.
Probably Stereum sp.

Actually, I know Stereum species that grow here. They are orange and paper like with a smooth underside. These have a bumpy porous underside.
