Obviously, there's limits on the rates of taxation. With that being said, I think we can use past periods of US economic history or even current models in other nations to examine the positive or negative impacts of those tax policies.

Let's examine the largest corporate tax cut in US history passed in 2017. What were the promises and what were the actual results?  Instead of investing in expanding their businesses, hiring more workers, paying more in wages/benefits as promised. The companies decided to buy back their own shares and now are cash broke (with over $10 trillion in debt), now getting bailouts from the government.  :facepalm:

I do. For what it's worth, even if all other factors are excluded, the US has a huge market and relative stability. You can balance corporate income taxes at home with tariffs abroad to make operation in the United States a stable growing bet versus other markets.
