Going to the protest wasn't a joke though. I went and it was alright. Mostly just people chillin and smoking weed in front of the police station.

No one was really chanting or demanding action. While I was there I got the feeling like it was so laid back that nothing was going to change. Like it's just going to be people chillin and protesting for a couple weeks until it's forgotten again.

It was nice to hang out at the lake for a little bit and see all the races getting along a supporting eachother.

Hell yeah! I make or buy those 2-5 times a week. Make one with and egg or 2, slice of cheese, sausage patty, and a big croissant. Put a thin layer of mayo (real only! ) salt and pepper. Your mouth will have an orgasm.

8pm last night I was 24 hours fasted, I took my blood sugar and it was 4.2, then I had a green tea with ginger slices, no milk or sugar, then I slept for 12 hours, woke up at 10am and took it again and it was 5.9, I noticed on the box the strips they sold me expired 10 days ago,so they might not be accurate, so I called the pharmacy and they told me to drop by for a replacement, I told them I already used 2 before noticing and they said it was fine

I just wonder how my blood sugar jumped up so much without eating, I know the body can produce glucose from protien through gluconeogenesis ,or maybe the strips were just not accurate and one or both of the readings were off, on the second test I accidentally touched where the blood goes before adding blood

everytime I go to test myself im scared to prick myself, but then it never hurts

Oceanshore you said you can"t avoid your trigger. Do you want to explain the trigger(s) you've identified and can't avoid?


why don't you like buspar?  it's slow working but it's great for anxiety disorders.  and that would be the voices whispering and all, very angry :feelsbadman: :awenuhuh:


I've been on a variety of psych meds over the years, many of which seriously fucked with my head, and buspar is the only one that seriously made me want to kill myself.


I always thought maybe those "may cause suicidal thoughts" warnings were an exaggeration but I seriously had to fight myself to put the knife down and avoid sharp objects until that bullshit got out of my system and my brain recalibrated.


Alot of other people have not said good things about it. Which I read before taking it. So maybe it was a placebo type thing but also maybe the drug just tends to mess with some sketchy brain chemistry. Don't know but I'm sure as fuck staying away from it.

One of my favorite breakfast treats is sausage wrapped in a pancake, dipped in ketchup. Its perfection. Also McGriddles. Someday i will learn how to McGriddle at home like the pros.

I put ketchup on my breakfast sausage.

It was really weird when I'd get sausage at a restaurant and pour ketchup on it only to realize it was already maple flavored.



Yall it's not even real maple syrup, why do this to my meat?
