be careful with it, I got a t440s for $500, I broke the screen , that was another like $70, then I fried the keyboard when I spilt like the tinest amount of coffee on it, so I started using a wireless keyboard I had, and then my gf broke the screen, so now I have a broken screen and a broken keyboard, so on a $500 laptop I have spent an extra $70 already and plan to spend another $120ish on it

I got a t530 for like $50 and I havnt had a problem with it, the screen is lower resolution but I dont even notice

I've been thinking about getting an uber cheap laptop. Really just want something to write up on (something that can run word + maybe music) because my uber cheap tablet can't do that shit. Plus little keyboards are awful.

If my fingers can't keep up with my thoughts the thing sucks. Particularly for writing.


But I'll probably wait until either my tablet or my desktop goes. I dislike having so many devices as is.
Gotta worry about spilling coffee on them and breaking the screen and shit.


*I say as I stare at my 4 monitors and 2 computers...
... I used to use this desk for painting and handwriting... now I have to keep my 2nd keyboard in my lap...
