Its the only option as the government  manufactures very little....it is a big consumer, in a way. Normally the debate is over the range of public goods procured. They cant even make masks.

Warren, Yang, Tulsi etc had a chance to actually make a difference, fuck all of them imo. Im sure some of them justify it as a move more against Trump than for Biden, but Hillary already proved that the whole voting against trump thing just doesnt work. You need a candidate with energy and support behind them. Biden will lose.

the idea of political endorsement is "if you like me, my suggestion is to vote for X"

it is getting out in front of the inevitable upheaval when Bernie loses
if she had endorsed Bernie, then he went on to lose, her subsequent endorsement of Biden would be viewed as having even less worth
like it or not, you guys are coming up on a choice of Biden or Trump -- an endorsement of Bernie would have been like voting "present"
which everyone whined about last time when it made sense in the context of the political theater it took place in

it is like why Bernie will inevitably endorse Biden as well,
he has to turn around and rope his supporters back in after gearing them up against the DNC
Bernie won't make allusions that Trump is a better choice than Biden

I'm voting Bernie in the general regardless of if he's the nominee or not.

A vote for the status quo is as bad or possibly even worse than a vote for hurricane trump at this point.

This shit is unsustainable and that needs to be realized. Trump's blatant corruption and destruction is clearly pushing the younger generation of democratic voters to sway far more progressive.

Biden will pacify that movement and quell the push towards radical reform of a system that benefits the few instead of the many. Biden wants the very rich to not give up a dime, and he's promised that to them. What do the rest or us get? The same shit Obama already tried and failed

Can complain that Bernie has been too soft,
and should have run third party right from the start
since it is not like running for the DNC did shit to really gain him more publicity

the US system sucks,
but think the most pertinent concern
is whether that old Supreme Court lady or whatever will die
the one that alt-righters make the weirdo grim reaper pepe memes of
do not think Biden would make a significantly better replacement selection than Trump
but he may at least select someone more moderate

I'm more afraid of Joe Biden than I am trump. The devil I know is better than the one I don't. At least trump isn't trying to make me unarmed and helpless. Joe Biden has to be stopped.

I am in a minority on the shroomery, as I frequently defend the opposing side when they have a point about something or when my side make believes something about them.  I also attack my side if I think they're wrong.  People here get very confused by that and think it means I prefer the other side.
