It may not be personal, but it is all of what I mentioned.  Blind, illogical and not productive.




You used neutral speech. As I did, when I said what I said.

It would certainly be very strange to fly off the handle because you used pronouns such as "I" or "you" or "he."

Would it not?  You don't see it that way.  Sure.


As for discussion purposes, it is extremely poor form - unimaginably so - to say what you just did.

Let's say we're discussing Judaism.

Then you lay out a ground rule, "if you're Jewish, you have to admit, Jews are pretty ignorant about themselves.... Pretty provincial."



Considering the U.S. has more Chinese Americans, Lebanese Americans and so forth, on down the line...

I would say they are far less -- well, all of the negative things you think.

It's just a shit-show. No discussion can come out of such interactions.

Pretty much. Exactly as you say; it's nothing personal, but there is something very indicative of that 'America is the world' kind of perspective when people say things like this:

Well, it's part of the long term sentiment that the US is number #1. A large percentage of the US population is still living in the past.  The US middle class is no longer #1 in the world, they just don't know any better.

The Elite in the US don't exactly have any incentive to inform them otherwise.  The plan is always to keep them poor and ignorant about their position in life.

Not a huge of fan of the United States. That's coming from someone born and raised in the bible belt at the bottom of Mississippi. I've always had a distaste for the country. So violent, so ignorant, so backwards. My wife and I recently had a baby girl and the country gets worse everyday. We have been thinking of moving somewhere like Canada or New Zealand when we have the money to do so.

That's third world countries.  Perhaps a portion of eastern Europe.  I'm guessing it's very rare for rich people well established in other nations to want to be American.

The truth is most of the world stinks.  There's nowhere away from people anymore.  Away from people with mail and UPS would be the tops.

A teenager has killed herself after posting a poll on her Instagram account asking followers if she should live or die, police in Malaysia said.

"Really Important, Help Me Choose D/L," the 16-year-old girl asked her followers.

Sarawak Police chief Aidil Bolhassan said she was found dead at the bottom of a building in the city of Kuching, on the island of Borneo.

Police do not believe anybody else was involved in the teenager's death. Her body has been taken to the Sarawak General Hospital Forensic Department for a postmortem.

Not a first world problem. Rather a worldwide one. But anything disagreeing with your view of things gets ignored.

As much as you hate America, I don't think that would have happened there.

There is ten kids in the class all healthy they are able to produce their own food and so are well fed at lunch, it's beautiful....but one kid is never happy.
This kid starts to learn how to fight and with force starts to take 8 of the other kids sandwiches each and every lunch time, he has so many he only eats three, gives his helper 2 and throws the rest away.

Over time only he and his helper get fat and healthy they have an amazing schooling experience The two amongst each other profess the majesty and effectiveness of their system and even stop producing their own lunches. The remaining kids become weak and bitter.

So weak that one day one kid doesnt show up to school he wasnt able to produce a lunch.
Had the other kids been able to help they would've.

The bully see this and is upset about one less sandwich.
The rest of the kids see this and see the future.

Two outcomes are possible.

I'm no patriot by any means. I have to stay silent in public or I'll start lots of controversy. People around here don't like to be wrong. The south will completely turn you off to politics and the US in general if you are a libtard like me. I ignore the news and shit now because it's pointless and frustrating to get involved. The country won't change for anything, it's all a big rigged system to suppress the population.

If children dying isn't enough to change this country, nothing is. Only solution is to leave and let this country kill itself.

Yeah, I don't see a whole lot changing, either. You're buried deep in Trump country, too. There are a lot of things we can talk about at the Shroomery that we can't talk about in public.

There's better places to live within the US than the Bible Belt, so that's my recommendation. 

Basically, the places with more affluence are the better places in the US. Poor diverse areas in the US are still hellholes, even though there's a mix of politics.

It's better to live in decent areas of the US that don't even concern themselves with politics, they're too busy enjoying life. Their concerns are going to restaurants, concerts, casinos, colleges and sporting events.

I've been to some better places. But there's always a trade off. I'm young, and poor. I come from a poor family with very little college background. My wife and I took a cross country road trip when she was pregnant and attempted to move to Grants Pass, Oregon. Too expensive though. We camped at a campground for two weeks looking for a place to live, but it got too expensive and we had to come back. Was pretty depressed the whole ride coming back to hicktown.

Either way moving to another country wouldn't even be for me at this point. It's for my daughter. I can't trust schools in the US with her safety. Backpacks being made with kevlar now. It's a damn shame what the world has come to and people value pieces of metal and gunpowder of an innocent child's life. I know there's threats everywhere on the planet, but I would have a little more peace of mind knowing my baby girl isn't surrounded by a bunch of apes that parade racist, sexist, greedy, evil pieces of shits on suits. All the while those suits are brain washing them into believing they are good people when they are just using the masses for a personal agenda to mold a country to destroy themselves for profit. Then again, what country doesn't have corrupt human garbage like that?

The US is a cesspool and I wouldn't suggest anyone move here. The system is rigged against the working man, and anyone who believes other wise is plainly a fool. Gotta love humans, man. We are the monsters.
