That sounds intense! I've spent more time than I'd like to admit in such states, but I've not yet figured out the secret to deep meditative states / projection while sober.
My most recent experience with dissociatives a few weeks ago... since I am a novice and can't really 'steer' yet, I drifted to a near-Hell/Purgatorial state inadvertently and it really put things in perspective. I've since vowed not to return to that plane until I can do it under my own power.

Yep I too have definitely exhausted the benefits of their use at this point.

For me quitting MXE is like blowing my nose, for him, he'd rather do a quadruple root canal without analgesia. :aweman:

Fair enough.

I can quit things like the snap of a finger for other people (like my children) but not for myself.

Disassociatives are the only thing that really gripped at me pulling during both pregnancies, so I get it more than most.

Occasionally I need a space to make a huff about it but I should give him his own.
