How often should an Outdoor grow be watered?

I will be using 4 half-pint psilocybe cubensis jars. The weather should be around 21° Celsius, and the Air humidity around 65%. I looked on Moes outdoor grow tek, however it doesn't say when to water the patch, except for him to water it after you've finished putting it there. How often should I need to water the patch and approximately how much water should be given? I have a thought in the back of my head that it need be watered once but that seems silly to me.

As needed. Depends on sun exposure, wind, your soil conditions, temperature, humidity, how much you water when you water.

It's experience.
How much is a strange question. Who measures the water volume coming out of their hose

water more often than you think.
How evenly the water is dispersed at a slower rate is more important than the amount given.

i water mine about every day seeing as thats when i water my plants. it put out 8oz or so and now is ready for some more manure.

im thinking about spawning another bed by putting a chunk of mycelium directly to a coir/manure sub, so no grain. do you think my yeilds will suck?

I have mine in flower pots, use about 3 seconds from a water jug with the shower spout...
