No amount of money is worth life in prison. Even when people sell small amounts of mushrooms is idiotic IMO.

I agree. Only way I can make sense of such behaviour is to see it as some sort of narcissistic personality disorder that deludes such people into believing they are too clever to get caught.
Kinda like these people who kill their wives, and you're asking yourself did he really think he was going to get away with that? They just think they are too smart.

I have also met dealers who seemed to possess an almost psychopathic lack of concern for their future well being.

I remember meeting a Nigerian guy slinging H on the streets of Hong kong! I just couldn't understand how he could have the balls to do something like that, day in day out!

I can only make sense of it be viewing it as some sort of self destructive personality disorder such as psychopathy or NPD. And certainly ego/status/power is, besides money itself, a big contributing factor towards why some people choose to become, or remain drug dealers.

Let's look at this realistically.

First of all, your IP is hidden behind a secure connection here at the shroomery. As someone has stated here in the thread. They've never given any information out when asked.

Now, you can take a few very simple precautions just to ease your mind.
You can get behind a free vpn like vpnbook that will hide your vpn, and again won't hand out logs unless subpoena'd. Even then vpns like vpnbook only hold logs for a week. That alone hide's you behind two wall's. Turn off location services on all of your devices, and only use them when you need to. Such as for directions, and last of all keep your mouth shut.



As long as you're not stupid, and trying to pull a Nancy Botwin. You should be fine growing anything you like. As it is completely legal in most states to obtain the spores. Even then, there are ways around that. Given that most of the things used in the process have a myriad of different uses besides the cultivation of magic mushrooms. No one would bat an eye.

I think the thing to remember is that you are just one person in a world full of bad motherfucker's. Fentanyl, Heroin, Meth, etc... Are much higher up on the priority list of law enforcement. So, the odd's of little old you being tailed for a few oz's is pretty unlikely. As long as you aren't blasting it out for everyone to see. Giving officer needtofillthequota a reason too. The odd's that you'll get busted are literally slim to none.
