Day 9 of rye bag.. shook 2 days ago and it looked great.. transferred to monotub today 2lbs rye 2lbs hpoo sub. About 3 inches thick. Tub is tapped and a black thick trash liner was used.  🤞... here we go... a casing layer will be added at the same time I poly the holes.. as I stated before I am loose on the rules.. this was done in an averagely clean kitchen.. no gloves just washed with dawn for 15 mins.. mixed together by hand.. just want it to be known so as I update you can see that being scientifical and wearing gloves and lab coats is a waste of time.. mycelium has it's own antimicrobial soldiers and is not easily contaminated

Tub#2 first flush. 


These two tubs are constantly ready for harvest. Every day I come home from work, there's more that are ready. Still have pins all over the place. More knots showing up every day. I was hoping for something more picturesque, but a constant flow is good too.



So I'd there a time I need to bottom water with them growing like this? Or if they keep coming, just do what I've been doing?

Day 1 after monotub transfer of 2lbs rye to 2lbs hpoo sub.. very pleased with their overnight production.. still blowing me away how quickly this B+ is colonizing keep in mind.. this is only day 10 after inoculation of the bag

No doubt..but I've never been this close to fruiting in 10 days.. this is rediculous.. I'm going to give it 2 more days then go ahead and put it into fruiting conditions and see what happens

If I can fruit in less than 20 days start to finish, I will do a spore print give away for anyone who wants them that is sharing on this thread

Day 2 of transfer.. almost doubled in myc over night again and showing some nice ryzo.. I'm busy all weekend so I put it into fruiting conditions this morning.. added my casing layer..poly in the holes.. and some light 12/12

Just got home from my trip and my casing layer has also been blown through. Smelling an awful lot like mushrooms in here 😁  sprayed and fanned this morning
The kindling just helps the myc feel happy and at home 🤷‍♂️

I would remove those sticks,they're going to mold because the cubes won't colonize them but a lot of molds will.

Looking good. Can't wait to see how things turn out for you.

I do believe tub#1 is toast for me. Pins aborting left and right. I do believe it's become a little contaminated. I've quarantined #1. Just want to see if the pins that are left are gonna finish.

Tub#2 has started it's second flush. It took another week for it to start it's first flush. So far so good. I'll get some pics up when I get home.

HC tried to get a second going, but all the pins on the top aborted. Still gonna wait to see what happens with it.

Happy fathersday!! We have lift off
About 60 pins i can count poking out and lots of little caps just coming up.. nice even coverage and lots and lots of pins about to pop.. this all happened in 20 days.. I'm am thrilled

I hope I get similar success to you guys posting here. Here is a shoebox of mine a couple days after spawn.



Another Shoebox of mine, maybe spawned 12 hours before the first one and has a thicker top layer.
