Is there anything special that I should do after the first flush? Mist the casings? Or just let them sit? Thanks guys.

You only need to mist to replace moisture lost to evaporation or fruiting. I like to wait for the start of the next flush before misting again. Too much moisture encourages mold.

It's fine to mist the casing after the first flush. As long as you mist with a combination of water and peroxide (5:1) mold shouldn't be a problem. A light misting once or twice a day until you see pins developing again is appropriate. Then let the mushrooms grow until you harvest your flush, at which point you mist again until the next flush, etc.
