Please see pics. Can someone please tell me what the orange could be? I also see green. From what I've seen on here green is always bad. FYI, they started pinning. Thanks in advance.

Looks old to me. Does it stink? I'm guessing that the brownish looking stuff could be harmless metabolites if the jars are way old, but not if it stinks.

:thumbdown: pretty badly contaminated with molds and bacteria. I wouldn't even bother with doing anything to them if those were mine. Toss and redo.

I would isolate (I leave mine outside on the balcony) and top fruit inside a bag. Usually get some fruits with bacterial jars using a set up like this


Ignore the bottle of ice haha. Its very hot where I live!
