Hard to say. There are quite a few grey/off white colored bacteria. Some harmless and some harmful. My personal policy is to keep any jars with minor contams in a seperate incubator and see how they turn out. After that, I just eyeball the shrooms it produces and its simply a judgement call from there. Sorry I couldn't be of more help...

Toss it. It's so simple to make another jar that there is no point in keeping contams around.
