She had just made a quick phone call it’s not like her mom was on skype babysitting her. I was just saying her mom knew what was she was doing. They have the type of relationship where if her mom asked what we did she would tell her.

And, although all these guys, or, mainly joke, want to give me shit for drinking for whatever reason I don’t see anything wrong with it.  I had told this chick earlier in the night I’m goin home and having a drink. She knew this was my plan and opted to come over.  She was asking me all day if it’d be weird for us to hang out. Just hang out.  We were both testing the waters so to speak. Both of us would have felt weird just fucking right away. I know it. These types of things are complex. I know the shroomery is full of members who are experts on everything in life and never wrong about anything and they can give me all the shit they want but I hung out with a 19 year old we had a good time and I can’t say I really regret it. If I had done anything sexual with her I may have regrets.

And to be honest. If I forgot about what other people and society thought about all this, there’s nothing that would stop me from telling her to come over again tonight, and pursuing more dates with her. She’s a nice girl, we have a lot in common, and I haven’t had an unspoken bond or attraction like this with any one in quite a long time. It’s honestly to the point where I can’t hide it when I’m at work with her. I feel like everyone including her can see that I’m into her. And it sucks feeling like it’s wrong because I constantly am telling myself I can’t think all these thoughts that are just coming naturally to me. I feel like a flawed person for being attracted to her. And, maybe I am.  I don’t know.

This is why I’m here. Probably not the best place to go for advice but every now and then there are members here who really put all their petty bullshit on the shelf and offer some great insight.

You get the opposite impression from a few posts I made on the internet. You haven’t been a witness to the countless hours of conversation me and this chick have had over the past idk, 5 months. 

Just because she doesn’t know some of the movies or actors I do, doesn’t rule out us having things in common. People are much more than the entertainment they are knowledgeable of.

She’s the first chick I’ve met since moving to this location(very conservative and small minded) who is interested in things like psychs and spirituality. She’s been through things in life that other ppl haven’t and has insight most people don’t. She’s hard working and has goals.
