Have proof of unlicensed software for a company that's dogging me.

Long story short, lol not...I returned to a machinist job that I worked a couple years back because some of the jobs or work I have gotten hasn't consistantly panned out. Theres alot that can still be done in those other directions to find something palletable. The company I work for is a hole in the wall automotive machining company that set astronomical rates and pays us 12 dollars hr. We work 7 days most weeks. I own my own home and my wife, is a nurse, we have a new born so there are still major expenses present. She does well but I want to pull my own weight period. This job has rutted me. And they have unscruptulous ways about stringing us along telling us a bonus or raise will be coming. My 3rd shift 7 day a week job that doesnt pay me and makes me feel like a robot zombie is starting to tank my mental. And management is of no assistance, help, or encouragement. The turnover rate is astronimical from these things and they seem to have something going in hiring alot of felons or people currently on community correction some saying half of our wages are payed by the gov. Because of tax right offs regarding the hiring selections and then knowing they can pay those people less because many I work withs other alternative is that job or jail. It really seems kinda messed up and slightly predatory. With all that said... I have discovered that my company has many gauging/cell terminals with unlicensed versions of Windows constantly popping up saying it cant properly update, or we may be a victum of counterfeit software. I certain that we are opporating under many other unrelated code violations, but this is something I am aware of that they come after very hard and strict, to the point of some agencies willing to pay me for that type of information. Theres alot to be said about this place and mostly all negative. I do not plan to spend my life here but for right now or at least till further in the summer I have to have this flow or bring myself to hit the beat for a new job after an 8 hr shift. So i know thats what I need to do there. But how would you play this unlicensed software card? Say you were 95% certain of the act. Would you use that in a meeting point to explain that if the will not increase my pay that I will walk and bring this on them? Do I keep my mouth shut, file the report now, continue with the job looking for another. I have not Discussed any of my finding with any other co workers. Do I have any other plays. I have no shame over this. Help me figure out how to play this.

Don't threaten them.  That's extortion
  You're best play is to repott them, take the reward and maintain anonymity. Then you can watch it happen first hand.  Once you get your jollies, start looking for a ne job.  Put zuprecruiter and Indeed apps on your phone.  Upload a resume and start applying on your breaks or when you have a spare 5 minutes throughoit the day

Unlicensed MS Windows is perfectly legal, it's only cracked versions that are not. You get extra support and updates for the "genuine" sticker.

Obviously it's bad for security and system stability, but no laws are being broken.

That stuff is for the home edition at a consumer level.  Pro versions and enterprise versions aren't free.  Windows
7 isn't free. If they use the computers to make money, im sure Microsoft would like their end. 

Plus, it's entirely possible it was once cracked and windows updates broke the crack. Especially if it's saying you may be a victim of counterfeiting

Lol go get a better job. With the attitude of fuck these guys I'll narc on them because my situation sucks might be half the reason you don't have a good paying job ffs. Put that energy into something more proactive and forward moving rather than spiteful and reactionary. Your plan will move you forward zero percent.

Quite harsh bod, for real way to be super judging of someone that just wants theirs I work my ass off and the owner of my company is some mike the entertainer looking prick with a backwards cap and flip flops and has fired employees for looking at him wrong. I have had several negative experineces at job places so have us all, and many I have over come, but I honestly woundnt mind watching them pay. I am not the type of person that pours energy into spite, this is more l8ke a sign in my face as im working my job. And like I said I feel screwed over for the production I have provided my company and their is agencies willing to compensate me for information that leads to settlements or active investigations and maybe like I said see someone pay and then the situation provides possiblity of me be rewarded, and I need to put my big boy pants on when see something like that glaring me in the face routinly as I use our terminals everynight. Just some of the responses and feed back Ive seen lately is super discouraging to this site, and is a long standing reminder of why lurking is the way and just researching info, I feel a facebook commenty vibe anymore these days and im not just saying my very few posts but just like reaponses to everyone. I hope you don't feel the need to continue to degrade people down the road based on inquiries that don't effect any core values of the like minds on this site. It was just a snarky thing to say, Im not an individual full of spite and I have been involved in some very conversations in the past on this site with whom I consider to be legenslds of mycology and just enjoyed all of their professional tones and when that was broke it was only for light hearted gestures and kind advice. And all i'm saying is my company has been and or currwntly is involved with back door shit and business practices. And I can directly attest to given some of the quality vs. Production rate protocols implemented if when things have gotten tight. Im sure some of our customers or owner of the vehicles with parts we machined in them would be happy to know sometimes the auto machininf companys cut corners.

No shit they cut corners. There's someone who says yea you got it all wrong dude. Or there's someone who says it's mean and harsh. If you perceive my opinion as degrading maybe it's ringing true? The people who get the most done usually get listened to especially in factories. Why can't you point out their corner cutting to them rather than the vindictive revenge route.

You spent the time to ask strangers about this plan. That's a boatload of your mind dedicated to useless thinking rather than mindfulness.

Get out of here with your self rightous bullshit. If I want to see the world burn and theres a chance my match will strike then thats on me if my conscious is ok with it. And trust me I wont lose an ounce of sleep if I cost them money or not over it. Just some of the feedback I see on here and not particularly just twards me but just to alot of people in general is just off the mark. The shroomery is a major bash fest and taking on many charictaristics of social media given this generation of shroomerites. try to make them think they're "negaitive people" or what who because people get all dog the bounty hunter on other peoples character and labeling actions as taboo when they are in fact not. "You definatly got it all wrong dude" but I took what you said as snarky and not helpful in the least bit. I work for a bad company that has good people they are underpaying and fucking over good people. You think I would have a job if I protested quality proceedures in the face of their production numbers? Im saying you dont understand my situation. Its not just me getting screwed over and underpayed especially when I do strive for everything that makes a good worker rather than listing it all but seriously if you think its fucked up of me to take a swipe at my company because I see something that I think they people they are screwing over in the issue wouldnt take it rolling over and have the power to do something about it. I feel like you missed my mark, and definatly missed the type of person I am, but when you go trying to figure out someone and who their age and place in life is based on thier shroomery register date and many other asumptions it makes me look at you like a douche sir. Way more douchie than someone that may or may not turn their company in for something. I only brought it here because at one time i believed there to be a good tech following here and those were the types of opinion i was hoping to draw, definately not the self rightous snarks that I felt come from your direction

End of the day im not the one trying to do petty tattle telling on my job because I'm fucked over by my voluntary situation with them. No ones going to push rainbows up your ass for wanting to exude negativity

Reg date 09 it's 10 years plus 18 at minimum. So you're 28 at or older give or take. If your 28 or older making $12 you bet I'm going to assume your work ethic explains your wage. I pay temps that much in Wisconsin where min wage is 7.25. heck my forklift driver is at $17.

I just work for a private company I heard a person talked about unoins and got fired once there, but like are you saying machinist unions that are outside of my work that like assist machinist in general? If thats what your saying i'm into it...but no my company doesn't belong to any form of union. A few offesting factors as to while I am still there is because there really are some good people I enjoy working with, and the vibe can be alright and less like a bunch of stuck up people, but no ones gettin paid...they won't fire me for weed unless I get hurt...so thats my reason for hanging on in the time being. Its a good platform to sprung from once i got my shut completely together possibly be able to pass a hair test to apply for a couple upper level places...
