What's the best spy ware software out there

Ad-Aware is the best by far in my opinion bro.

Xoftspy works well. That's what I use. It catches spyware, adware, malware, data miners, all kinds of stuff. It's always kept my comp free of bullshit.

yea i had Ad-Aware but i just tried NoAdware after i ran the scan in Ad-Aware and it picked up like 500 things that Ad-Aware missed

but check the objects that it finds cuz some of them i needed so i had to uncheck them

install/update spywareblaster - that'll keep you relatively safe - prevents spyware from installing.

spybot and adaware are the only scanners/cleaners you'll need.

but the most important step is using a browser that is not susceptable to spyware. Avoid IE and use firefox: www.mozilla.org

any of you have trouble with your computer resarting all the time i think it is from some kind of virus i picked up some how :blush: but its anoying my compute restarts constatly it pisses me off like 10-15 times a day

I use a combination of spybot and norton antivirus. Norton kills shit AS it comes in, real time... even web page scripts. And spybot cleans the shit out of anything that makes it in, which is usually very little. Norton's got a good thing going. They own a company that was formed by former members of "cult of the dead cow". When an antivirus company has sick fucks such as CDC working for em, ya' know you're in good hands.

Yes I forgot to mention SpyBot. Another good product. Those are the three I use. Ad-Aware, Spyware Blaster, and SpyBot. :smile: For an anti-virus I use McAffee.

sounds like a bad power supply... i had that happen before, swapped the power supply and it was fine... you can get them for under $20, and there pretty easy to change...


but yea, the combo of spybot, adaware, and spyware blaster willl keep ya safe... i havent tried the new ms one yet
