Change up the brand of your spawn, see if that helps. I'd bet it's this.

You can try being much more aggressively clean during spawn and fruit if you're not already. Places with low spore loads let you get away with a lot, others not so much.

Another one, I think the best one you can do to fight back against trich in particular if you think it's not in your spawn is to start dialing in the ph of your subs/casings to north of 7.5 using wood ash. Try it with all the sub or just the casing/pseudocasing/whatever you do.

Lime works too but meh. Wood ash ftw.

I have used WBS for 20+ years and always strain the floaters and sunflower seeds off when I soak and rinse. That funky shell void around the seed is a culprit and they do contam from what I have seen.

You are on the biggest culprit and that is the wrong moisture content.
