Weekend festivities * 1

This weekend was an absolute blissful weekend. Weather is finally starting to break and we received some solid weather this weekend! 70&sunny both Saturday & Sunday.

Saturday we went to a brand new river we've never been to, to kayak. Which was an hour drive but was absolutely worth it. The following day, I woke up at 9am(which never happens but i slept like a damn baby when I got home from that kayak trip).

Seen that sun outside & called my friend immediately and told him to pack his shit for a day out. I loaded up both of my bikes on my car and went and picked him up and we were on our way. I brought a grill, burgers, apple chicken sausages, beans.. nuts.. fruit.. and of course the hammocks!!

We headed out to a beautiful park loaded with a huge 15 mile loop bike path as well as tons of trials all throughout the park with multiple beaches & small rivers. As soon as we got there, I made some chocolates right before we left and brought 4 of them (2g ea).

Pulled in the parking lot and ate them.. loaded up our packs and hit the trails. Was absoutely fucking amazing. The weather, the vibe, nature starting to thrive again.. we then went back to the car and dropped the bikes off on my bike rack so we could go more on a hike so we could enjoy the trip more.

You can take a lot more in when walking than riding a bike. We found another trail.. took it down and just kept walking. Must have at least walked 5 miles one way. We sat at this one spot and just watched. The birds.. the river sounds flowing over the rocks.. and looking into the sky seeing these beautiful fluffy clouds just changing colors and doing geometrical shapes and whisping in all directions.

With a nice beautiful breeze hitting us just sitting back and experiencing thos. My buddy pulled out his bowl and we packed a nice fresh bowl of freshly harvested flower. It was the cherry on top let me tell you!!

What an amazing experience. It was one of the best "trips" I've ever had and it wasnt that everything was getting all weird. The visuals were awesome.. but it was more so just being able to sit there and take everything in for what it is, and not question anything.

It was so much bliss. I feel amazing today as well. We must've spent 6 or 7 hours at that park.

Just wanted to share my experience with you guys.. feels nice to talk about it.. because of how at peace I was with everything. Overall, amazing weekend!
