used to eat at a Chinese place several times per week
got a lot of repeat fortunes, but only got that one once
so kept it around and it periodically shows up in my life again at points while feeling lost

best fortune cookie experience ever was when I was in highschool: went to chinese, ate, got a cookie it said "your fortune is in another cookie"....was like wtf....so I went back and got 2 more just in case I got some more of that bs. so I open 1st one it says "face life with happiness and a smile" I was like cool ok, then open the second one it said "ignore previous cookie"....wtf lmao this really happened to me lol

I got this one a few years ago and it fucked me up. I'm still haunted by it. I even considered not eating at my favorite chinese spot anymore.
