Weed prices in your area - 2019 * 1

Yo everyone. whats up? Im curious of the weed prices in everyones area these days...

Its been decriminalized in all of Canada and I noticed the street price is slowly going down but the quality of bud is going up.
There is apparently a shortage of "legal cannabis" in Canada but that hasn't effected any one I know, there is TUNS of illegal bud floating around.
No one I know buys large amounts of "legal bud" from the government.

I usually pay 90-105$ an ounce when I buy by the pound and its all top shelf quality.
No way I could get that from the government lol
I just got some budder/ wax for 550$ an oz. Thats just under 20$ a g.

I don't understand how people are still buying from dispensaries.
Budder sells for 40-60$ a g in some of those places...:shrug:

Anyways just wanted to hear whats up with the weed in your area.

Welp, im posting anyway :tongue:

Here in Oregon, a gram is between $10-$19 dollars. I usually get a 1.25grams or so of top shelf Sativa for $20.

Of course! I wanna hear what the prices are everywhere..
Borders are just lines made by different governments to enforce their own laws lol

1.25g for 20 bucks!? damn that seems really expensive too me..
When I buy by the pound it works out to like 3.25$ a g.

Thats what prices were when I was in high school 8 years ago..

Ya fair enough... I sell quite a bit in my area because the closest dispensary is like an hour and a half away.
I never charge more then 20 an 8th, 40 a quarter. 120-40 an ounce. Because its so cheap I feel bad charging any more then that lol

I'm just surprised that the price is still the same 8 years latter.

Is there any particular reason you buy from the government? convince? quality?

Really depends on the stuff. The 100$ oz are sometimes ok but mostly crap.
I pay around 140-150 oz for high grade. never disappoints
I have yet to buy government weed.

I try to minimize the amount of illegal activity I'm involved with, especially by mail and with people I don't know personally, plus I don't have a better personal connect. I don't move in social circles with many stoners. My previous dealer was my sister in law. Similar prices but she acted like it was a huge hassle. Now she bitches to my wife that I don't buy from her any more.

Ya I guess.. If I sell a pound a month it pretty much pays my rent for that month.
But if someone finds a better price or quality somewhere els I don't get butt hurt over that, I am stoked for them.

150$ is fair if quality is good. if I didn't smoke so much id be happy paying that lol

Yeah plus she is just a bitchy type of person. When I did buy from her she bitched about it being a hassle, and it might be a week of texts back and forth before I got it.

The part that doesn't add up for me is the packing dates. If everything sells as fast as it can be produced, there should really never be weed that sat around for months between being packed and being sold, yet this has been quite common IME.

In north Texas the norm is 10 dollars a gram or about 200 dollars for an ounce (for top shelf bud). I still think that's too much
