Hey, I got really small mushrooms and I would like to know the reason for that.
I would be happy if you can help me!
-humidity while fruiting: >91%
-air exchange (plenty, about ten air tub exchanges per hour)
-substrate: damion 50/50 tek (so coir and verm), 10qt of sub with ~3qt of spawn (4qt spawn jars)
--> is the low sub to spawn ratio the reason for my small mushrooms?
I knew I would need more, but my other jars got contaminated with bacteria..

Having the same issue, might be genetics.
I'm experimenting with the light, using 6500, but still stunting, I moved a the light above the bins (they have dark non-see through lids). Also doing less fae, but the light is what seems to be doing the trick.
I would say from a technicality standpoint, the db coming from your light (spectrum)  might be too much, try dimming it?

I know some genetics put out small fruits, and the genetics In the tub with the same batch of grain and the same batch of sub and the same lighting put out larger fruits.  I use 6500 k  fluorescents In the winter and just window light once we get longer days and there might be a pattern to larger fruits from the much dimmer window light, but have not proven that.

Either genetics, or more likely  (imo/e) too much water initially

My guess would be too much moisture (fuzzy feet) and not enough FAE. The cakes closer to my exhaust fan often produce much bigger fruits. Light does help, however, you really just need regular room light to produce a decent fruit.
