Help and Thoughts on Pan. Cyan. Spawn

This is my first time working with Pan Cyans and I'm curious to know If something is wrong. Only 2 out of 10 of my jars have shown growth. I've inoculated all of them on 2/26. I gave them a good shake to disperse the spores immediately after. The first sign of growth was on 3/5 but as of today on 3/17 I've only seen maybe .5in of growth. Up until last night I have kept them on shelves in my closet which was slighty less than room temp which is what I think I messed up at. Last night I put together a cheap incubator with a dark bin and a seedling heating pad. If the problem was improper temperature could this possibly bring them back to producing a stronger amount of growth? My mycelium looks alright to me but if anything seems off with it please let me know.
