Temperature variations between strains ? Pan Cyan

Temperature values for Pan Cyanescens in the Mushroom cultivator are relatively high ; spawn run (79 - 84 F), post casing (79 - 84 F), primordia formation (75 - 80 F) and cropping (79 - 84 F).

I have successfully cultivated Pan Cyan up till the primordia formation stage at temperatures significantly lower than stated.

Spawn run (70 - 80 F), post casing (70 - 76 F), primordia formation (70 - 79 F).

Growth has been healthy and quick at all stages, but no pins or knotting as yet.

Is it likely that the strain I have from Florida would prefer lower temperatures than the figures stated in the Mushroom cultivator, which are for Hawaiian and Mexican strains?

I am finding it difficult in their current location maintaining temperatures in the 75 ? 80 F range.

I have fruited several strains sucessfully at much lower temperatures, around 22?C (72?C)
