Why do ppl suggest not to use multi spore syringes?

I don't think its suggested not to use them, rather don't go right to grain with spore.

The spore syringe was produced from spores, which came from mush fruited in open air, so its very likely the syringe is not 100% clean

recommend getting into agar to clean your cultures up.

People suggest not to use them to directly inoculate anything because they aren't guaranteed clean.  Thats why agar is the preferred method of germination.  Then transfer to ensure clean growth.  Then inoculate grains or whatever you are growing on.

There are inherently dirty. So best to clean them up on agar and  before innoc grain. Better odds on a successful grow.

But people go straight into grain and have success. I wouldn't
