Lol I've had ego death on around 4-5 grams, I never knew what people meant until I experienced it myself and let me tell you, I was not ready for that at all. Mostly because my setting wasn't the best, as I had family arriving home shortly after I started to forget EVERYTHING about myself. It felt like I was dying and I knew that I couldn't die in peace which is what set me off..shit I didn't know where I was and I was in my room. 10 grams might get the job done, but it seems like it's one of those things that just happens when it wants to.

I DID IT GUYS I HAD MY FIRST EGO DEATH!!

It was probably one of the most profound and important things that has ever happened to me!! Like seriously life changing stuff!!!

So here's what happened...

I made a tea from 8 grams of penis envy uncut. I drank the tea and waited and although there were some cognitive changes after around half an hour or so I was totally dissatisfied. They were from multispore so perhaps they were low in active or perhaps I was being impatient.

So I quickly made another tea from another 8 grams of penis envy uncut. This time from a more recent batch that I knew with certainty was good and potent. This batch was tried and tested before and much, much stronger than regular cubes. Down the hatch it went and I went and lay on my bed.

This was (counting both today's tea consumption as one) only the second time I ever had tea. The first time I had awful nausea from it and was nearly sick. This time absolutely no nausea and it hit me like a very welcome punch to the face.

The whole room began to change and was quickly turning into small pixelated bricks. Initially I realised I'd overdone it because I couldn't ever remember on mushrooms genuinely struggling to actually see the room around me through the visual distortion. I had struggled to see the room on 650ug 1p-LSD. But this was totally different. My brain had a small moment of panic where I nearly called out to my relative to help me to find an antipsychotic from my medicine draw. But I decided not to. My mind panicked slightly but my body didn't and I remained quite relaxed.

Then reality completely dissolved and so did I. I could no longer see the room whatsoever. It was like I was a blob of paint and reality was the acetone, and I was dissolved in it, and I was sloshing around in a billion different pieces. I existed no more but instead existed as all of reality. My particles dancing around in a chaotic yet totally delicious soup of never ending infinity. Time had stopped, yet was ticking along quickly simultaneously. There were a lot of 'zipping' noises. Like reality was literally unzipping. That's the first time I've had auditory hallucinations from a psychedelic.

And in that mass of endlessness everything that is important to me was laid bare. Somehow even though I didn't exist as me anymore and I was instead dancing around as a billion particles, all of the things that matter the most to me were there present throughout the entire experience. My best friends, my family, nieces and nephews, a lad that is important to me. I was stripped of everything that didn't matter and the fundamental things were held prominent.

The most important things were 'shown' to me. The things that make me the happiest.
That being the relationships I have formed...the pure joy that comes from friends and family. The smiles and laughter. I need to make every minute count. I need to nurture all of these precious, precious relationships. I need to make all of these people feel joy and love and warmth. I felt so much explosive love. Endless love. I realised the exact extent to which I love kids...contributing to the development of my friends children and my eight nieces and nephews. I love every minute of being with them. I love watching them grow. I love helping them to learn. I love taking them out on missions exploring through bushes and making up all kinds of crazy games. I love being a good role model to them all.

I've been so lost career wise and the trip revealed to me that I need to work with children because I'm so, so good with them and get endless joy from watching them grow. I'm smart and I'm moral and I'm fun and children love me and I can be a positive influence. I'm gay and will never have my own, but I can work with other people's and spread my knowledge and my love.

All of the time all of the above is going through my head I'm still zipping through reality in a billion different pieces. I still cannot see anything but infinite pixels all sloshing around in the soup of reality.

After what seemed like eternity, but in fact was about three hours, I began being able to see my room again. I still kept re-dissolving into ego death in waves, but increasingly I was coming back to reality.

It was up there with some of the most important things that have ever happened to me. It was the most beautiful experience. I just couldn't believe it.

That was without question my first genuine ego death experience. Unquestionably.

I love life so, so much. I am so lucky to be alive experiencing this. I just love it. I'm so happy. This has changed me.

Thanks man. It would be difficult for me to ever adopt because of my previous twelve years of pretty severe mental health problems with bad depression, anxiety and substance abuse.

This was all pre-mushrooms because mushrooms changed my life and ended my mental health problems and substance abuse issues.

But it would make it difficult to adopt I'm sure. I'm ok with that. I'm good helping out with everyone else's kids.

I'm filled with such love today. I love life so much.

In total I'd say I actually ended up consuming 10 grams penis envy, because the first tea worked but only to the value of perhaps 2 grams. The second being 8 grams. So in the end it turns out the 10 grams I initially asked about was correct!

I'm ABSOLUTELY going to do it again in two weeks. But somehow I can't imagine it ever living up to what I experienced the other day! Hopefully though!

It was just like everyone else described. Now I get it! I'm still buzzing from it two days later!

Since yesterday I've been telling all of my friends and family how much they mean to me and how much happiness they bring me.

I think they all think I've lost the plot.

It's in stark contrast to the suicidal depression I was experiencing last spring! 😂

You don't want it to live up to it. You want it to exceed it. There is a place beyond where you just went. (no, pressure or anything... :smile:) When you feel ready to go back in try and take control of the experience and look for cracks you might be able to slip through. Again, it's one of those words-don't-really-work things but after a couple of times visiting you'll see.
