What part of the cake are you concerned about?  Are you talking about that little bit of greenish discoloration towards the top?

Blueing. They are dry. Once the fruit mature and you take them, a dunk and roll will fix them up.

Looks green to me. Not blue. If it is green then it is trichoderma. Wait and see if it spreads. If it is trich it will spread quick

Touch it. If it comes off it's trich. If not, it's bluing. I didn't look at your first pic before, and the blob of green definitely looks suspicious. The cake in the back left on your second pic looks like bluing to me.

Yes, on the other cake the blue look like bruising, but the green patch is trichoderma for sure.

The green is the spores. Which are already all over the rest your grow chamber. Remove the cake with the green on it and hope the best for the rest. The mushrooms that the cake produces will still be safe to eat. The contamination is not carried through the mushroom. This was proven by Paul Stamets I believe. Commercial mushroom grows produce mushrooms grown in trich on a regular basis so I would not fear eating the fruits unless there was mold on the fruit itself. After this grow, clean your chamber very well before tying again.

Damn.. is there a way to fruit it in isolation? I don't have any more perlite.. I'll toss this when I get home :/ this is my first ever contam. I don't get it, it was healthy, I had plucked woke shrooms off the cake next to it, tripped, looked at this cake and saw the color.. like what happened? Everything was perfect

Actually guys after misting it, it's actually a dark blue but my camera is kinda bad.. I think it was just dehydrated cause I only dunked for 12 hours and not 24. My other cakes are perfect, I'll keep an eye out and if it turns it turns. Although 1 cake out of 12 isn't a bad loss. When I rubbed it, no color came off however RR did say that's not bullet proof so idk. But it's definitely more blue in person

Still suspect. Touch it, seriously. If it’s mycelium it will be spongy.

Yeah trich will leave green on ya finger. Bruising won't. Looks like bruising to me now.
