can I steam sterilize a quart jar of water?

For a blenderless LI tek, can I steam sterilize a jar of water? Or is bringing the PC up to pressure for 30 min the way to go? I have an electric stovetop that takes years for a PC cycle, but if thats the way to sterile water then so be it.
If It can be sterilized via steam, please advise on how long to steam the jar.

Pressure cooker would be best. But you could boil it for a really long time. Pressure cooker is safer and better.

Of course you can steam sterilize water. Liquids are easy to sterilize.

Even in a PC I only run water for like 10min ..usually with a load of tools:shrug:
