So I shouldn’t mist or open for the first 10 days?

I have 6 mini minis and four shoe boxes now bulk grows on the 23rd , 25th, 28th , and 31st. Should I just leave them alone for the ten days? No mist or open box? Lots of mycelium has grown and no beads of water on them . Should I mist?

I wouldn't, it should get it's own moisture content in due time once fully colonized. Just let em be and flip lid when first pins show it what most do, I tend to flip lid once fully colonized so I can forget it for another week or so.. (though I would be a lying sob if I said I didn't peek every morning...)

I have tried not look that much but ever afternoon I go in and turn on the lights and check it’s amazing seeing the growth of mycelium over night. I can’t wait to see some pins don’t know how long I need to wait or if I need to add gaming and air to make them show faster

Rushing mycelium to pin is counter productive at best. Give them at least 10 days before you do anything. I don't bother opening them until I can see a pin, and I don't look that hard. It'll pin when it's ready to pin. Might be 10 days, might be 20.
