Now, I was wondering, If I I spray my casing with dog food water, will I be helping or harming the mycelium network? I though it did increase flushes in cakes, But if I mist will that work as well? If no one answers, I'm gonna do it. Maybe i'm the first

It seems that you give brown (shitty) advice brown pastures. Wrong advice here and wrong advice in the too many pins post. What do you mean by dog food water? If you do mean what I think you mean (dog bowl water or water mixed w/ dog food) then this will not be good. Just mist with regular ole h20. No not dogfood or rat anus water just plain distilled or spring water.

I don't know, but it seems risky to me because the nutrients would be in a prime location to nurture contams. Regular water is much much safer in this respect than dogfood water.
The casing layer isn't meant to be a primary source of nutrition for the fungi. I think you are asking for disaster. You wouldn't spray uncolonized (or colonized) casing with fermented dog-water, eh? Same thing, given a few days.
The ad-nutrients thing I have only heard of working with cakes where the mycelium obviously can absorb the nutrients quickly.
But damned if I try to stop you from experimenting. I would like to hear positive results from you.
