quality control is kind of eh, depending on how far along the production line they have you work
personally got put on checking aluminum frame pieces right off the import trucks
had to check that what was sent to us was the right measurements and undamaged, pretty boring work
more experienced workers were checking the final assembled products

was the only exclusively English speaker in the department, everyone else was fluently bilingual
still not even sure what got me promoted in the first place, particularly being unable to communicate with all the exclusively French workers

had moved to Québec from Saskatchewan, does that make me the unilingual immigrant in my case?
