I just spent four hours in line to see a dead body * 2

And it was a closed casket. Got here at 1:30. It’s now 5:15 am.



Kinda cool experience to participate in the ritual none-the-less.

They didn’t push you through. You could stay as long as you want. Seems like most people were in the rotunda for about 10 minutes.

Nah. It was pretty fun actually. We were in line with a bunch of sassy ladies and everyone was giddy from the cold. I even got a phone number.

Koods do you think with the advent of the internet and content confirmation that the days of knights in shining armor as presidents is over?

Will bill Clinton get as resounding of praise, will Bush jr?

I guess I'm asking do you feel the position of president is being tarnished and losing prestige in our modern dissection of it?

Honestly I think more people appreciate these former presidents now that they have someone so awful in comparison. You would have thought that the line was full of republicans but everyone around us were clearly pretty liberal. Then again it’s DC where Trump only got 4% of the vote.
