Can you use a flowhood outside?
    #25658210 -

Im just asking for the hell of it.
Im curious to know if thats ever been done before an been posted here? My search didnt turn up anything.

In principal could it work?

The only application i see for it is taking very clean wild clones an prints with a small portable hood.

in theory, you could if it was still enough out. but any wind would terribly fuck the whole operation up. and the filter would probably get horribly fucked pretty quickly

Thats what i was thinking to. If im ever rich enough or find the parts at a job lol

Maybe in conjuction with a clean tent with filtered air. Hu? Maybe for a big expedition. But then it wouldnt really be outside then...

less vacuum more likely contamination, but maybe the right altitude might have a natural buffer like in nature. flow hood works by pulling out the bad instead of letting it hover. you want to operate towards the center of said hood. What I do in my operation is a reverse vacuum and it works well. I can't speak on making prints in the wild tho

Reverse vacuum
I think he means pressure.

Field mycologists use portable glovebox/sab devices when they take trips to places like the amazon Forrest. And lots of baggies
