Watering and humidity question for first time grower

About three days since fruiting effort began. I bought 6 8 oz jars which seemed to colonize well in 3 weeks. My fruiting chamber has read 96 to 99% humidity and walls constantly have condensation. Mine are sitting on jar lids with foil wrap. I added water to one lid today up to the brim and it was absorbed by this evening. Questions: Is this humidity level OK? Should I be adding water to the lids or only spay? How long until I should see pins? Thanks for any help. Very anxious to try microdosing and don't want to have to delay a month to start over again.

Well this is exciting and I'll be keeping your post bookmarked. I also just birthed 6 cakes about 4.5 days ago. First grow. I have 21 more Jars colonizing.
