hey funguys

has anyone kind of gotten the feeling (while high on mushrooms or not) that there is a spell cast on humanity? the last 3 or so times i ate fungus, it fully dawned on me that our minds were being .. well.. manipulated

i mean i really felt it and my friend did as well. looked at our phones in disgust. it was like some kind of ancient technology meant to kill life.

we hide behind our masks of social media and we are to scared to be human anymore. to be animals. something has been going on the past few thousand years thatis planned, it is not coincidence.

by whom or what wedo not know. nut have you ever looked at your phone while tripping, and you fully see the sickness in it? i can feel the cancer it is emitting. the bad vibes. the only escape is a fruittree in the forest. we need to embrace our animal. dissolve these bullshit masks.

its either aliens, some kind of interdimensinal travelers, the governmemnt (seems deeper than that tho) and it really is like opening my eyes to it fr the first time in a long time when i eat the fungus. maybe its just the fact iingested a mushroom but i find that tobe way to much of a coincidence.

There are norms and values that exist within society before we are even born, and these things exert a type of control over us. There are various institutions through which norms and values are developed and instilled into us, where they are internalised and used to direct our thoughts. Also there are ways in which we can be manipulated...the media do it often for various reasons.

However it is totally illogical to think that there is some type of conspiracy through which a person or group are trying to control us. The scope of such an act would be impossibly enormous and would necessitate many people being involved over time...some of whom would inevitably break their silence. Not only that but you're assuming that there are methods through which we can actually all be controlled on such an enormous scale. And why...what would be the purpose? And why do so many people live in ways which do not align themselves with the norms and values of society?

How are we being controlled and for what reason? Make some dramatic claims then provide some realistic evidence please.

And aliens...inter dimensional travellers??? The tooth fairy? Santa Claus? Come awwwwwwwn

It's ludicrous. I'm not ignorant. I'm just not totally stupid.

Be cautious of how you interpret your visions/thoughts/feelings when tripping. They often do not represent reality. One time as I was tripping at home I thought I was under surveillance by Scientologists. Not sure how I came to think that but every room in my house has a security camera and I guess I got paranoid. It felt like I was a prisoner or in a mental asylum and that I wasn't allowed to leave the house. I tried to challenge my belief and went to the front door to try to open it thinking I would not be able to. Guess what? The door opened! :smile:

One trip I had I became convinced Hell's Angels were coming to kill me.  I was trying to figure out how I could get away, and I could hardly move at the time.  And I could fucking hear the motorcycles outside.  But, hey, it didn't happen.  Just another hallucination.  :laugh2:

I think it's more the force of the Ego that you felt. Something that pretends to be you and to exists just to hide from the existential dread that the conscious mind, mistakenly, feels and this needs to cling on something.

Smartphones may feel disgusting as they suck you in, like every other modern attention absorbing device and past time. They reduce your awareness to zero, so they suppress the real you, who can break through the mask thanks to psychedelics.

Everything can be, but aliens and shit plotting against humanity is a bad road to go down to. Be careful to label sensations you don't understand with cryptic theories... take only reality for granted.

I don't mean that I'm better or that i have a deeper undertstanding of thing than you or anything, just my opinion.
And for last advice, be kind to people, aggressive approaches only make you look bad
