Proper Liberty Cap Identification Help
    #25503988 -

I've heard that Liberty Caps do not bruise blue like other psilcybes, so if I'm going shrooming exactly what am I looking for to differentiate them from LBMs? I live in North Eastern PA, so liberty caps and gyms are all we got growing around here in terms of actives.

They do actually, not always, but quite often, especially near the stem base.

Any other factors to consider aside from the spore print? Lib Caps to me looks just like many of the White Angel LBMs here.

Libs have a pellicle that is separable from the cap.  You can usually lift enough to prove it exists with something like a straight pin.
