The mycelium shouldn't need and oxygen at this point. You need to provide more details like how long ago you innoculated the jars. Did you wait till the jars were completely cool before innoculating?

My friend has some tc's that have been innoculated for 12 days now and are just starting to show growth, and not even in all of them...

If your substrate mixture was too wet or too dry then it will take longer for the mycellium to appear. Also, if you skimped on the amount of spore water you used that will slow colonization as well. Lastly, if it's much less than 85F temp-wise where you have your jars, it will take longer. I would wait a couple weeks before worrying if anything went wrong.

Of course if it's already been a couple of weeks, my condolences to you. :wink:
