The 9th House is of Sagittarius and is ruled by Jupiter.  The 9th house relates to far travels, athletics, drama, government(bc govt is a drama), higher education, getting a phd, masters, etc..., most importantly, of the highest knowledge/education is spiritual knowledge.  Jupiter is the ruled of the Devas, whereas Venus is ruler of the Asuras(demons). 

Jupiter in vedic astrology is called Guru.

Jupiter is of etheric expansiveness while Saturn is of material substance.  Saturn is the stage, Jupiter is the life that takes place on the stage.

The 10th and 9th house are at the highest point of the zodiac chart, straddling mid-heaven.  ....I think Capricorn is really the highest of the apex for the soul's culmination because... well the 10th house and everything the soul went through before that.  and too much to explain.

Aquarius is like prometheus, taking fire from the old world gods (Saturn/Capricorn) and bringing it to the new age.  While Capricorn is ruled by Saturn, Aquarius is ruled by Saturn and Uranus.  Uranus, being the revolutionary takes the old (Saturn) and transforms/revolutionizes it.

... Geometry is important.  So everything has a pole. 
Capricorn is also Cancer
Gemini is also secretly Sagittarius
Leo - Aquarius
Pisces - Virgo (insane)
Libra - Aries
Scorpio - Taurus....

Making the Gods Work for You by Caroline Casey  --- nice modern self-help guide type but also a very engaging read on astrology.

--Vedic Astrology perspective...  some of the names are a bit intense but you can just gloss over them and continue w the story.  to each their own but I enjoy it. 

Ah yeah, Saturn is the Lord of Karma.. and time.  also relating to delays.  ...But Saturn only allows things into your life that you've rightly earned.  He is the Lord of Karma and rules over the material world.  His glyph, the cross and the sickle, represent hard work (sickle) on the material plane (cross).

When you flip Saturn's glyph upside down, you will get Jupiter's glyph.

Well, my education is primarily based in tarot and the occult traditions that utilize them, so I can explain from that perspective. Sagittarius is the secret contained in the egg about which the serpent coils in card VI - associated with Gemini. This egg may be thought of as the result of the marriage (in this case sex) between the twins, which may be symbolized, surprisingly, as polar opposites. In the combination of their genes, the egg is made. Like father like son - Like Gemini Like Sagittarius, if that makes any sense.

Haha I liked that video. I guessed 7 correct actually! Woo! Way easier to guess when you see a person.

Most people into astrology either think I'm a cancer or virgo until I start crossing my arms. Then they think scorpio or aries. Which is pretty accurate in itself since scorpio sun, cap moon, then aries asc. And I was raised by an aries mom. I think a few signs that are more mother dependent have this problem as well, like the cancer with virgo mom. But just in my experience a bit.

Astrology is just another made up make believe type of thing that isn't real and has no impact on real life. You're wasting your time trying to study a bunch of delusions and made up fantasies. The things astrology says are intentionally vague and could apply to anyone at any time in order to lure gullible people into believing them.

Astrology is all a bunch of made up bullshit, don't waste your time.

I am past that point. But Only focus on a Single Star in Sky - then remain still &/or use a telescope.

Then report back what the "Star's" have individually done upon Only watching a Single "Star" at a Time.
