Neptune conjunct moon in the first would make you very sensitive to the energy of others around you.
A dreamer who can read the vibe in the air intuitively will find limitations imposed on your innate ability to express yourself in this regard.

Could be an authoritarian figure or even a work situation stifling you. Since Saturn is a teacher that shows us how to endure limitations through patience don't worry about it

Not long before I'm into Saturn return second time around. Had to grow up the first time and grow old the second time.
