Which do you prefer and for what reasons?

I’m leaning more towards the PS4. I had one for most of 2017 but got bored and impulsively sold it. But now I see Destiny 2 and think I’ll have to buy the whole thing all over again.

What’s so great about Xbox though? Maybe I’ve been focusing too much on the wrong console

build a PC

Largest game selection, player made content makes the life of the game go much further. Better performance.

Playstation. And for the newer systems what sells me the most out of everything is controller feel. Xbox fucking sucks for controller feel. The ps4 feels sleek and comfy. Xbox feels cheap and bulky.

How much does it cost to build a gaming pc?

My friend built me a computer a year ago. I’m thinking about taking it apart and using the good parts for an upgraded gaming version

The largest cost will be your gpu and cpu.

You will save a lot on small things.


Building a decent one will be about 650 this if you bought eveything yourself.  Power house wouod be about 1000.

So unless you had a parts list of scraps i couldnt give you a true estimate. 

I'm going to be building myself a computer this summer.  I got rid of my old one when i started school. 


Don't forget a cd/dvd  drive.  You will need to install your operating system and drivers via your drive. I'd recommend a free version of Windows.

You can get a console controller for the pc.  There is a much larger selection of games on the pc.

If you are a pirate you can get single player games for free.

You can emulate games on your pc from gameboy

Yeah, build a PC. I built mine for about $600 and it is pretty nice. You could spend a lot more or less depending on what you want or need. I would probably never go back to a console

A console is just a computer with a consoul operating system installed.  Tge operating system is much more restrictive compared to a pc operating system such as windows.

With a pc you could use two wide screen tv's.  One playing movies while you game and the other your videogame.
Could do hd porn while playing GTA.  W.e floats your boat.

Also with the pc you are not forced into paying online fees to just play online. 

Player made content on a pc can be better than the original game. Such as arma iii  sold more copies when the dayz mod was released than intail release.

I have Xbox because that's what my friends play and I enjoy gaming with them. There's very little difference between the two consoles and if I really wanted the most out the gaming experience I'd just build a PC.

Really thinking about turning my PC into a gaming PC now

I have a decent build I just haven’t been able to get my RAM situation sorted out so it runs slow as it’s only able to utilize my one hard drive that was supposed to only hold my OS

Anyone here game with a Gigabyte hard drive? I think it has an AMD Radeon gfx cars in ig

Larp or pen & paper table top.  Game and have real social enteractions aswell as meet local people.  If you larp you also get exercise.  Well have fun being limited by the imagination of someone else.

I asked the same question on facebook a week back.  People kept saying PC.  I was considering a ps4, but then again the new Xbox seems nice.  Going insane trying to come up with a decision
