.mkv to mp4 using xvid4psp for XBOX360 (for the computer savvy)

For the computer geeks...
Trying to watch HD via Xbox...
Want to use xvid4psp to convert an .mkv file in mp4 for xbox to run HD. Question. Does xvid4psp split the file into two parts so it isn't over 4 gigs? xbox won't open vid files over 4 gigs for some reason.
