Yeah we used to play that to. It's hypnotic.

Does anyone know that game (I think it was on PS1.. not sure) that was like a super-high speed, psychadelic motorcycle game. You go on this crazy track that does twists and turns and loops and shit.. at like 1,000 mph. I want to say extreme G but I don't think that's right.. anyone know what I'm talking about?>

I think you're talking about Extreme G, actually. Maybe the second one, G-X.

Remember that Nintendo game, I think it was called ExciteBike but I'm not sure, where you could build your own crazy track and then ride on it?
I would love to play that tripping.

Man...I wish I could have an all-video game trip in a room full of my favorite games on all systems, plus a Ms. Pac-Man table and some pinball machines. I'd play fucking everything...ahhhh....it would be sweet.
My uncle used to own an arcade...I wish he still did!

That would be sweet to the max. Throw in a simpson's pinball game, and medeival madness pinball.. and you have yourself a video game orgy.

It's fun watching people play that.

I think PS3 is going to blow away the competition. Let's face it Nintendo is for children and adults who want to feel nostalgic or play the newest Zelda. Between X Box and PS3 there just isn't a comparison. X Box will still be using dated DVD based hardware, while PS3 would have moved on to Blu Ray disc technology. Also, PS3 worked alongside IBM and Toshiba on the Cell technology which powers the PS3 graphics. Microsoft is banking on expanding the usability of the gaming console to people who don't normally play; which I don't think most serious gamers care too much about. They were on the top when Ps1 came out and it looks like they'll be on top come next spring.

The only way I'm buying the revolution is if it turns my TV into a killing machine that shoots laser's from its ass. (Or it can be heavily modded to play whatever, like the current Xbox.)
The Revolution is going to be nothing but another Nintendo gimmick.
And for the people who think these retro games will be free... Keep dreaming Nintendo is greedy as hell. The NES classics that came out for Gameboy Advance cost 19.99 a piece (we're talking excite bike, first Zelda, etc). Yeah that's right, 20 bucks for a game you can download for free in a minute. Greedy assholes.

I haven't bought a new system since Nintendo 64, but lately I've been spending my days drooling over PS3 and XBox 360 screenshots. If I don't blow my money one something else, I'll probably get one of them. Probably PS3.
Nintedo... well, I held on as long as I could, held on to the memories of Zelda and Mario and Chrono Trigger. But, for fucks sake, they have to wake up and realize that the rest of the world IS NOT JAPANESE!!! Are they really sitting there, scratching their heads, wondering why their empire fell? Ah well.
And this raises a question I have for our resident nerds. I've never seen graphics like I'm seeing for these new systems. Not on the nicest gaming PC. Why does a nice gaming PC run at least 2 grand, while these systems are retailing at like $300?

xbox 360 & nintendo rev. universal has partenered with Fox to make the new Halo! it will be 1337
ps3 looks like a fucking george forman grill. and that controller? how the hell do they expect people to play with that thing. THEY COULD HAVE ATLEAST COME UP WITH A ORIGINAL NAME TOO playstation, playstation one, playstation2, playstation3? common.
its so obvious they're trying to secure sales by going with a safe name and design. they'll probably go with a bunch of safe sequal games to launch the thing such as bandicoot 12, final fantasy XXVLMXCLIIIV, tekken 9, etc..blegh
