If u cant find what u need, home depot sells straw manure and verm. 50lbs black kow $5. Bail of straw, $5, big bag of verm, $20. That would make a shitload of substrate.

Keep in mind this coir is already prehydrated. You'll have to know the exact weight in lbs or kg and volume amount in qts that a brick of coir hydrated via the bucket method to field capacity is to know the ratio of water to add to this already hydrated coir to get field capacity right.
