so today i got a job at a school that helps mentally handicapped children and adults. www.deverauex.org

i have to go take my drug test at 3:30pm. hopefully a piss test. I just took 5 pills of stat detox. do you think i should worry? i haven't smoked for about a month. but i've been around it a couple of times (secondhand smoke). i would smell it then hoold my breath and walk away to breath clean air.

well they probably wouldnt have detected the THC (unless you got that second hand smoke like yesterday), but there's a chance they'll detect the detox chems, which could be just as bad (depending on their policy)

i can't believe they would turn down somebody who wants to help mentally handicapped people because he/she has marijuana in their system. purely fucked up bullshit right there.

I agree.

I can't believe they would turn down someone with pot in their system for most jobs. Marijuana usage says nothing about a person's character. There are dumb-as-dirt hillbillies that smoke it, just as there are nobel peace prize winners and multi-billion-dollar corporation CEO's that smoke it.

The winds of change are building, and I believe within 50 years, pot will be legal in most of the US.

I've heard old pot smokers say theu said the same thing when they were young...
Anyhoo, I'd have to agree, the world cant hold pot illegal for so long when its obvious that its not as bad as other things on the market (both legal and illegal). Just today I saw this tv-show, and on the show his guy was drinking coffee till he acted stupid... just brought me to think about this topic.
