how do they get search warrants? can they just get a search warrant because somebody says your doing something illegal like selling drugs out of your house and go on someones word to get a warrant? or how about if a gang of people said the same thing, is that good enough?
or must you actually be an idiot and sell something illegal out of your house to someone working for cops for good enough proof to get a warrant to search?
what is 'probable cause' to come to somebodies door and be like 'im going to search this place for whatever the fuck it says on the warrant'
