What is your Animal, power/totem/familiar etc that you are most associated with?

WHY I AM ASSOCIATED WITH THE SPIDER POWER ANIMAL

Spiders kept walking into my life from all direcftions since early childhood on. They jumped out at me in nature, in my home, in books, in the psychic visions I had, in fears, in dreams, spider, spider spider.

And the number 8, eight! eight! eight! A double four, a quadruple two, eight legs to the spider! Eight, the mumber of the Utmost, of the Demonic, the Oneness of the primordial black hole and the eightfold power of the Big bang.

LAKSHMI! Goddess Lakshmi of the Eightfold Abundance

ANANSI! Anansi the Wisest of Beings, the keeper of Stories, the weaver of webs, the Spider Anansi, central in African Paganism, which is the Paganism of the African son, of whom I am an 8th generation descendant!

Eight! The spider! Anansi, the trickster! Tarot card 8 of the Greater Arcana - the card of strength, the strength of power of Magic and Love, Creation and destruction.

Eight in Divine fourfould! 8888, works out to be 32? What 32? Atom 32, the atom of Sulfur, my Atom, the atom of the human soul and of Evil, the yellow element that unites the rainbow by bleeding red and burning blue, yellow my color, the color fo sulfur, the color of Gold - Gold, the REGAL color, God's Own Element. 8888 - It could only be 8, it could only be a spider!

Don't have a animal guide or need one.  Although I enjoy the company of a dog, as well as learn from them.

Maybe need isn't important. You don't need a dog, but you enjoy it and learn from it. You believe you don't need an animal guide, but perhaps you would enjoy it and learn from it.

I have a snake as a power animal and have met various other animals on shamanic journeys.

I like owls, bats have their role as well.

It's like personal identity.  I usually see birds as visionary at times.  They can have a lot of power to give you a jolt.  Plus they make sounds that can induce an association.  Provoking a thought.
