Castlevania anime

Just noticed a Castlevania anime has been coming out!

4 episodes are dubbed so far. Just started it, looks awesome so far.

Figured some people here might be interested. I really love well done occult fiction.

I guess so. Only part way through the first episode but pretty sure Dracula has already been introduced.

Lots of church witch trial anti science stuff as well. Looks promising.

Really solid animation too, looks like a mix of HD cartoon and western style anime.

I played a bit of the old school games. Really liked Curse of Darkness for Xbox as well.

I am enthralled with this show already. Dracula is intent and fucking up the church for their witch trials.

It just started raining blood on a religious event :lol: so metal :hairmetal:

Holy shit things just escalated quickly... Was not expecting to see entrails in the first episode :uhoh:

Well it hadn't really been violent at all aside from some people being burned to death.

But no blood then it starts raining blood and demons and a bunch of people got torn to shreds.

I guess the anime is based on Symphony of the Night, which was my favorite Castlevania game.

Well finished the 4 episodes out so far...  Great stuff, I am pissed off I have to wait to watch more :sad:

This should help hold me over until Vampire Hunter D ressurection comes out at least.

just finished it and it was awesome. I really enjoyed all the gore and seeing those righteous dickwads eaten by demons, especially that one part where the head demon is talking to the bishop and its all like, "God does not love you but I do" then he eats him, I lol'd.

Also! I just found out it was renewed for a second season the same day it premiered so YAY
