So you know how the more coral there is, the cleaner the ocean is right? * 5
    #24242237 -

I went to the Caribbean once, and the water there was jaw-droppingly stunningly beautiful. There was tons of coral guards all around who's jobs it was to make sure nobody stands on any of the coral reefs, because they are the ocean's natural pollution prevention system.

So, the clean blue water of the ocean was a night and day difference compared to the water quality around here in many parts of America.

Do you guys know the absolute number one threat to our ocean's ecosystem right now in this day and age? The microfibers coming off of the clothes that we wash. They're causing all sorts of problems in the food chain and general cleanliness of the ocean.

So, with this product I discovered called the CoraBall, we can have our own Coral for right at home in our washing machines to further help preserve the remaining beauty of our oceans and keep things sparkly blue

I am not in any way directly affiliated with this product, but I have spent the last several weeks thinking about our current microfiber problem and trying to brainstorm potential ways we could help fix it, and this Coraball thing looks like it might be able to make a difference.

I donated $20 for the cause and should be getting a Coraball at some point this Summer. I'd highly recommend all of you who want to help doing your part in preserving mother Earth to do the same as well. Spread the words to your friends and family.

First we got the microbeads from our body wash to stop going into the ocean, and now it's time to stop these microfibers!

Mods, I know some of you love to lock my threads, but I am literally not affiliated with this company at all and will not be benefiting from posting this in any direct way whatsoever aside from via the satisfaction in knowing that by sharing this information i'm doing my part in helping to try and preserve our planet. So please, I beg of you not to consider this thread any sort of spam advertisement.

I hope that if this Coraball product works as well as expected that everybody will one day put them in the washer without even thinking twice and it will become just another part of the system like dryer vents and whatever else.

I just saw a video not too long ago about a dude who made a coral farm to help replace them in the ocean. He is also researching about their regenerative properties, I think, for healthcare. I think that's lovely.

Will look into this coraball.

Most body wash products have abrasive beads that don't decompose. Some made of plastic, some rubber. That stuff ends up in the ocean too :/
